Participants develop a clear understanding of how the nervous system shapes stress, perception, and relational safety—while learning to work with the body through direct, present-moment experience. Rather than focusing on performance or technique, this training emphasizes awareness, tracking internal experience, and building the capacity to remain present with what arises. Through sensation, breath, and attention, participants deepen their relationship with the body—both in personal practice and in how they guide others. The program highlights pacing, consent, and capacity-building as foundational principles. Instead of dramatic release or emotional catharsis, it supports steady, sustainable integration through awareness and regulation. Participants learn to integrate these principles into group and one-to-one settings using clear, trauma-informed language, intentional pacing, and invitational cueing—while staying within an appropriate scope of practice. Through embodied practice, applied theory, and real-life teaching context, this course offers tools that can be integrated immediately.
